I've had the privilege of conducting training sessions in a variety of academic and business settings, covering topics such as creating inclusive environments for LGBTQ individuals, trans-affirming practices in educational and business settings, trans-affirming practices for mental health therapists, disability justice, building resilience, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness practices. In my role as a trainer, I excel at addressing critical learning objectives while assisting participants in translating their competencies into actionable steps.

When collaborating with organizations, I start with a discovery call involving key members of the team. This initial conversation allows me to gain insight into your specific needs, concerns, and current practices. For example, during a discovery call with a consulting firm seeking training on trans-related issues, our conversation revealed the company required more than just a presentation on pronouns; they also needed a comprehensive review of their HR practices. With this information, we were able to craft a meaningful and actionable plan that encompassed both training and organizational development.
